Courteous, informative, thoughtful, and thorough.

Even the Medical Assistant treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness! The PA also did an outstanding job in addressing my health concerns and questions!

Dr. Saima Rashid is very nice and to the point. Everyone is very nice from check in to check out.

Loose the TV service in the waiting area. Video feed continuously failed. Volume was set for the hard of hearing.

Ms. Rashid was very professional and listened to any concerns that I may be having at the time. She explains things so that I can understand. She's always friendly and makes me relax.

This is my first appointment with her. She was very thorough and timely as I was seen before my appointment time. Thank you.

Great customer care

Excellent care and they explained everything I needed to understand regarding my heart issues.

Saima went out of her way to help me. Very impressed. I was having trouble understanding a future test communication issue and she Had me get my phone out and we took care of it right there in the office. I didn't have to go home and try to deal with it. So impressed!

The PA was very thorough and appreciated that I wanted my Cardiologist and my Internist to get together and work out the best decision on the way forward due to my mild but important side effects I was getting from one of my medications. They did that immediately and my Internist saw me within 48 hours to explain their joint recommendations. All very professional and gave me a high level of confidence in the path going forward.

I have enjoyed working with PA Rashid always and it was a pleasure to meet a new member of the Team.

I was transferred 4-5 times with different phone numbers only to repeat myself for scheduling over and over. I had to cancel due to illness and it seemed that no one wanted to work with me and was put me off. Very confusing and time consuming with scheduling.

The lady at check in, took forever compared to checking in at the old address on Shoupmill or Needmore Rd. I think she was trying to be a pain. Most places ask if anything has changed & your done. She had to run a copy of my insurance, which I told her Hasn't changed. It was a waste of my time & I was running a little late. I told her my appointment was at 1:00 PM. She said 12:45. I said that is when they wanted me to be there. She was a Pain.

They double book appts which is crazy and creates unnecessary long wait times. Plus it shortens the amount of quality time needed with such a speciality!

Very good heart doctor

Know Doctors are extremely busy, but to keep coming in and just seeing his PA is not what I really want. I have had heart problems for over 20 years now, and during this time, I always saw the my Doctor, but now, after some 23 years, I start seeing the PA. I know they are good, and knowable, but it doesn't give me the same satisfaction.

She had a lot of information that I would like to have, it is hard to concentrate on what I am being told "and" somehow remember the most important items. I hoped I would get some of the most important items later but received nothing!
