The staff and Dr. Prayson were excellent. Irene has dementia and she was treated with respect and kindness. The visit was quick and the results explained in an easy to understand manner.

We arrived early and the Dr Prayson and his staff made time to see my mom earlier than her scheduled appt. Dr Prayson explained things thoroughly. He showed us Mom's X-rays and showed us what he had done. We were very pleased with all the service and kindness we were shown

Everyone in the office was courteous, professional, and friendly. Check in was organized well and I did not have to wait long for the doctor to come into my room. He was knowledgeable about my health issue.

The parking garage is terrible for people with physical challenges and disabilities. Spaces are too narrow. You need a clearly marked patient drop off area large enough to accommodate patients & easy for the caregiver to meet them inside to take them to appointments. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard for my husband to get me out of the car. I personally saw two separate patients with walkers that could barely get to the elevator!
