A California teacher was surprised to find a young bear in her classroom on August 5, footage captured by her husband shows.Elaine Salmon called her husband, Ian Sawrey, for help when she saw the uninvited guest.Sawrey filmed this footage showing the bear walking around the classroom before approaching the window he and Salmon were standing at.The footage shows the bear sniffing items on a desk and Salmon says, “he’s gonna eat through my lunchbox.”As the bear approaches the couple, Sawrey says, “he’s not scared at all.”He told Storyful, “We could tell it was a younger bear but [we were] still surprised of the lack of fear it had.”The couple helped the bear escape the classroom, with Sawrey opening the door and encouraging it to leave.
